“Bridge to Imla” began in 2017 as a cinematic ambient duo featuring Hans-Dieter Schmidt and Michael Brückner; Volker Lankow has since joined to make it a trio. The three musicians have been active in the German ambient and electronica scene for decades, and their sporadic collaboration dates back to 2012.
Their first full album together was released in late 2017 on the excellent Dutch label Winter-Light and received world-wide critical acclaim..

Die drei Musiker sind seit Jahrzehnten in der deutschen Ambient-/Electronica-Szene aktiv und die sporadische Zusammenarbeit begann 2012.
